  • Each student is required to wear the uniform apron and bring the class binder.
  • Children should wear short sleeve shirts and close toed shoes.
  • Long hair should be pulled back or bring something to pull it back with.
  • Please be sure to list any and all allergies on the registration.  Part of the teaching method is to expand the taste pallet. The children are required to taste everything made unless there are allergies, please be complete!
  • Upon arriving for class the children are expected to put on an apron and wash their hands. Arrive a few minutes early, as many of the recipes take the full class time to prepare.
  • Parents are welcome to leave children for the duration of the class.  If your child needs assistance in using the bathroom, please stay to assist them as I cannot leave the class unattended in the kitchen.
  • Parents who wish to stay are welcome to sit in the adjoining room.
  • Parents must be present to pick up their mini chefs immediately after class, or give them permission to walk home. When one class ends, another begins and only kids currently participating in the class can remain.
